Top Chiropractic is celebrating its First Anniversary after Christian Caswell took over the management of The NUCCA Clinic in August, 2020. This position fulfils a personal ambition for Christian and follows four years as an associate which provided him with a solid clinical foundation in a thriving chiropractic clinic. This also represents a milestone for the Marylebone, London-based chiropractic clinic which has provided upper-cervical chiropractic care to clients suffering from health challenges since 2007.
Top Chiropractic, formerly known as The NUCCA Clinic, was founded in 2007 and in August 2020, Christian Caswell took over the role of Principal Chiropractor to help clients with health challenges who are looking for quality chiropractic care using upper-cervical adjustments.
One of the earliest challenges Top Chiropractic faced was educating potential clients about the benefits of upper-cervical chiropractic.
Whilst every business has faced challenges over the last 12 months, some, like Top Chiropractic have been able to enjoy some successes, wins and even some outright victories. One such victory came when, overcoming the challenges that came with the lockdowns, the clinic was able to remain open helping clients suffering with health challenges at the point when they needed help most. Once the word spread, referrals followed, based on the testimonies of the clients who achieved positive results.
Dr. Christian Caswell (Doctor of Chiropractic) joined Top Chiropractic as the Principal Chiropractor to develop the clinic and increase the national profile and awareness of upper-cervical chiropractic. Whilst discussing his first year at the helm he said: “We’ve had the pleasure of seeing some clients achieve outstanding results which has been encouraging and has really helped the growth of the clinic during these challenging times. By adjusting the upper-cervical spine and improving the function of the nervous system, the body’s ability to heal is improved, allowing people to recover from many health problems, so that they can live their best lives.”
One of their clients called Laura stated that: “After seeing Christian, my 19-year-old daughter no longer needed back surgery. We were very nervous about her being put on a waiting list for back surgery to correct her curved spine kyphosis. Now she’s walking up-straight, her curvature now looks normal, we are so relieved, still can’t believe it. It is a wonderful outcome.”
When asked about the secret of the initial growth and success over the last twelve months Christian Caswell said: “Really want to thank all our clients who have put their trust in us and chosen us as their family chiropractor. Without their trust and support we wouldn’t be where we are now. Growing the business in the current climate has not been easy, but that’s true for most businesses. The secret to us achieving this has been thanks to current and past clients referring their friends and family to us. Our clients want to see clear results so they can enjoy life more fully. We know that the precision of the adjustments of the atlas and upper-cervical region of the spine can have a dramatic effect on people’s wellbeing and offer great relief from symptoms.”
The team at Top Chiropractic have big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to become the leading brand in upper cervical chiropractic in London and raise the standards and awareness about the effectiveness of this type of chiropractic care across the UK. Christian commented: “Top Chiropractic is part of a team of offices around Europe, and we are looking forward to growing our presence in the UK to make upper-cervical chiropractic more widely available.”
Top Chiropractic would like to thank friends, customers and all its partners for their support and well wishes as we mark this first anniversary.
